When are students eligible for exemption from the Hogeschooltaal test?

Sometimes it happens that a student requests exemption because they already have a certificate from a previous education program.

Possessing a valid Hogeschooltaal certificate does not automatically grant a student the right to exemption. We will only provide advice on this matter. The final decision always rests with the higher education institution.

If the student holds a certificate obtained from a source other than Hogeschooltaal, we are happy to review the certificate in collaboration with our content team to determine if it meets our requirements. We will then offer our advice on the matter. Please send the relevant certificate to us via email.
