I already have an account for Hogeschooltaal and want to purchase a second lange package. Does the combi discount apply to me?

The combi discount is only valid when purchasing both packages together through the webshop. Unfortunately, the system does not allow for the second package to be purchased at the reduced rate if you have previously made a purchase.
