Can I cancel my purchase and receive a refund?

You have the right to a refund within 14 days of your purhcase if you have not used the account. Your account is considered unused if:

• No exercises have been completed.
• Activation questions have not been answered.

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email with your bank account number and the account holder's name to: [e-mail]. 

Please note that it may take up to two weeks for the refund to be processed.
