Which subjects are included in the practice environment of Hogeschooltaal English?

The English practice environment consists of two main sections:

1. Basics
2. Writing

Basics consist of of 5 modules:

• Tenses
• Verbs
• Sentences
• Words
• Spelling

These modules are covered in the B1, B2, and C1 tests. Additionally, students have the option to take practice tests within the Basics module.

Each module covers various topics. Students can choose their desired goal level by selecting a goal level at the top of the page.

When a student logs in for the first time, they start with an activation test for each main topic. After completing the activation test, students can see which topics they already understand and which topics they need to improve.

Writing consists of 5 modules:

• Short writing for the workplace
• Writing for employment and education
• Writing reports and essays
• Writing skills
• Reference

In the Writing section, each module starts with theory before progressing to practice exercises.
